At Jay Namkeen, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality namkeen to our customers. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. No General Returns

1. We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, as food items cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons.

2. Returns Allowed Only in Exceptional Cases

A return may be accepted only if:

1. You received the wrong product.
2. The product was damaged during delivery.
3. The product was expired or spoiled upon delivery.

👉 In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

3. Proof Required

1. Customers are required to provide photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof.
2. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on the case.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Products will not be eligible for return if:

1. They have been opened or consumed.
2. The issue was reported after 24 hours of delivery.
3. The dissatisfaction is based on personal taste preference.
4. Packaging is slightly dented but product remains unaffected.
